Behind Nibbles & Nosh Co. is Chef Brad Taylor, a lifelong foodie with a knack for creativity and a serious passion for bold, beautiful bites. Before launching Nibbles & Nosh Co., Brad made a name for himself as the owner and chef of Skwish, a beloved Gastro Pub in Toronto’s Beaches neighborhood. Skwish was known for its inventive menu, laid-back vibe, and loyal community — and Brad brought that same spirit of creativity and connection to everything we do at Nibbles & Nosh Co.
